Welcome to Friends of Theatre

Welcome to the Friends of Theatre web site. Friends of Theatre is dedicated to supporting, promoting and encouraging live theatre in the UK. Our Programme

We have a varied programme mainly in the London area, but as can be seen from our archive of events we do travel further for matinees - to Chichester, Salisbury, Northampton - and our annual weekends away take us even further afield - in 2005 we went to Stratford Ontario.

Our Events

We usually have between 30 and 50 Friends at an event with plenty of opportunity to mix and make contact. These are informal relaxed affairs and the cast members who join us after the performance are usually pleased to have feedback from a knowledgeable group and to have the opportunity to discuss interpretation with them.
